Benefits of the Fitbit Inspire HR
I personally own an Inspire HR, it was given to me by children for a combination Father’s Day/Birthday gift.
Monitoring your heart rate 24/7 helps me to maximize my exercise sessions. By using the App on my smartphone, I can know when I hit that fat-burning zone or when I need to push myself.
I will check the sleep stages on my app to see what my quality of sleep I am getting. The app give you little boosts of encouragement and suggestions for getting a better night’s rest. It also compares my results with men in my age bracket.
My Cardio Fitness Level is a snap shot of how fit I am along with suggestions for improvement. On my latest check the app suggested I lose five pounds and projected what the effects of the weight loss would do to my fitness level.
It is interesting that the Fitbit calculates calories burned whether you exercise or not, where your body normally burns a certain amount of calories just in everyday living.
How to use the Product
The Fitbit Inspire comes with a large band and a small bank. After selecting the band that worked for me, it was very easy for me to attach that band.
The next step is to get a Fitbit account. If your are already have a Fibit account then you can proceed.
Now open the app on your smartphone and follow the instructions. I was able to get my FitBit up and running in very little time.
